Advertising & Marketing THC flavored Seltzer Drink

Union partnered with a THC-infused drink brand navigating a rapidly evolving and highly regulated market. The goal was to create advertising and marketing creative that felt approachable and modern, while remaining compliant and informative for new and experienced consumers alike.

Marketing THC beverages presents a unique challenge: strict regulations, limited advertising channels, and a consumer base that often requires education before conversion. The brand needed messaging that communicated effects, usage, and lifestyle positioning without crossing regulatory lines or alienating cautious audiences.

The IDEAS

We came up with ideas to compare space travel for the rest of us. We created a space helmet for photoshoots and to use on the street. We tested the taglines on people asking them if they like "Space travel for the rest of us," or "Sip Sip Pass" for a tagline.
