Union was tasked with promoting the freedom of convenient, mobile access to quality healthcare through the GeoBlue mobile app. Wherever travel — and life — takes a person, GeoBlue places assistance and healthcare resources from over 180 countries in the palm of the user’s hand.

The goal was to highlight the features and benefits of the GeoBlue program and mobile app. Union produced memorable, accessible, and affordable video assets that provided a clear overview of the app’s capabilities while selling the tangible benefits of mobile healthcare access across global destinations.



Union focused on showcasing the standout app features, including intuitive interface design, ease of access to assistance, and the breadth of GeoBlue’s provider network. Messaging and visual storytelling were crafted to make complex healthcare resource features feel immediately understandable and relevant to travelers.
In addition to core features, Union went deep on key selling points. The campaign highlighted the extent of the GeoBlue provider network and the built-in app translation tools that support users on the ground — crucial for overcoming barriers in non-English speaking regions.

Union built a long-term relationship with GeoBlue’s marketing team, driving strategy while creating advertising campaigns, sales support collateral, and marketing materials over a five-year partnership.




To finalize the narrative, Union enlisted cinematographer Andrew David Watson to produce a beautifully filmed brand video. This visual centerpiece brought the campaign to life — showcasing the full range of GeoBlue benefits in a connected, authentic way that resonated with global travelers.
